Privacy.
The RIDE Forecast is your read of yourself, run on your data, held under your account. The short version is here. The long policy follows.
What we hold
- Your account email (from WorkOS AuthKit) and a WorkOS user id.
- The answers you give to the assessment, kept apart and set to auto-expire after a retention window.
- The computed forecast (the read), kept under your account so you can re-open and export it.
- Consent choices you make, with a timestamp, so we have a record of what you agreed to.
What we do not do
- We do not put personal data in any URL.
- We do not set analytics or marketing cookies without your explicit consent. The session cookie that keeps you signed in is strictly necessary.
- We do not gate the forecast behind a marketing opt-in. Transactional email is part of the service. Marketing email is opt-in only, default off.
- We do not sell, rent, or syndicate your data.
- We do not return a profile from a bare verify link. The verify page confirms a forecast id and its date and nothing else.
Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, portability. The account page lets you export everything we hold and delete it all in one move. If you need anything beyond that, write to privacy@encounter.bio.
Sub-processors
- WorkOS AuthKit (authentication, Google sign-in and magic link).
- Render (hosting and managed Postgres, EU region preferred).
